This is just a kind reminder for those who are willing to add a free-choice 1 CFU course, qualified as ‘open badge course’ to their curriculum on the issues of sustainability with a special focus on access to food from multidisciplinary perspectives.
In fact in the next two weeks, all unipv Students (as well to EC2U Students, PhD candidates and civil society members) are invited to attend the short open badge course on ‘Responsible Production and Consumption of Food’.
It will be delivered almost entirely online via zoom on the 5, 7, 12 and 14 November (from 5 to 7 pm), and complemented on the 16 November (from 3 to 5 in Aula Volta) -on the occasion of the ‘European Week for Waste Reduction’- with a free and open workshop that will be offered @unipv in presence (and online for those who cannot join phisically Aula Volta) on food waste prevention and valorisation, introducing some
success stories by the public and private sectors (detailed programme of the workshop will circulate soon and presented in class: in the meanwhile save the date!).
